Option 3 - Fully Managed Service

This service means you can hand us the keys and we will take care of all the everyday hassle.  You will still be kept informed with regards prospective tenants, any issues we need to escalate, tenancy terminations etc.  Rent will be collected by ourselves and paid directly to you (minus and fees and incoming property expenses) on a monthly basis.  We will inspect the property regularly and feedback the condition to you .If the tenant does not want to renew at the end of the contract we will always contact you before we proceed with marketing again.


Option 4 - Tailored Service

This service is dictated by yourself and we can discuss your needs on an individual basis.  Maybe you are moving away for a couple of years and want your property managed, but ready to move into when you return.  Perhaps you have a small portfolio of properties and want a specific service.  We will always aim to meet your needs.

Option 2 - Let and Rent Processing Service

This is the same as option 1, with the addition of rent processing. Each month we collect the rent and pay the balance to you (minus any fees) - if rent is late we will chase the tenants for payment and liaise with your solicitor should the need arise.

Option 1 - Letting Only Service

This is a service provided for those landlords who still want to be very 'hands on' with their investment, but prefer not to get too deeply involved with initial paperwork.  We provide a market appraisal and then work with you to decide the best rent available and also the tenant that we should target. Once a tenant is found we complete all the referencing, provide a check-in inventory, schedule and the tenancy agreement.  Once the keys are handed over the tenancy then becomes your responsibility - although there will still be a lot for you to do!.
